Target Shopfitters Limited carried out this turnkey project in a little over 3 weeks. This included a complete strip out and interior re-fit. The concept of the project was designed by Ben Rolls from Simple Simon Design. A local design practice with a vast knowledge of the local area. Schnafel is a new concept restaurant serving a combination of Schnitzel and Falafel.
Target Shopfitters Limited took the design concepts from Ben Rolls and created manufacturing drawings for all the joinery items within the restaurant. This included the main counter, back bar, condiment unit, menu boards and stools and chairs. Ben Rolls and Target Shopfitters incorporated a number of materials including stainless steel, marble, timber and hi-macs all manufactured in Target Shopfitters own factories.
Plans are in place to roll this concept out into further premises over the next few months.
